Life and the balance

Hi everyone, I came across a new issue that I didn't realize was an issue for most engineers and artists to overcome and find sustainability.  Balance is the key to being in the zone and creating new and exciting music. I've been in situations where instead of being in the zone my mind was on the argument that my girlfriend and I had just before I left.
